Our standard reinstatement service contract
Effective: April 2025 · AMZAccountRescue.com
This Agreement is between AMZAccountRescue.com ("Company") and the client ("Client") who is the registered owner or authorised operator of the Amazon seller account for which reinstatement services are being engaged. This Agreement becomes binding upon acceptance and receipt of the Initial Fee.
The Company will provide: forensic investigation and root cause analysis, drafting of a customised Plan of Action (POA), communication management with Amazon Seller Performance, and up to 4 POA submissions included in the Initial Fee.
Reinstatement is determined solely by Amazon. The Company does not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes. The Company will apply its best professional efforts based on 200+ prior cases.
Both parties agree not to disclose each other's business or case details. The Company may use anonymised case statistics for marketing (e.g. "Section 3 case, reinstated in 48 hours").
The Initial Fee is non-refundable as work begins immediately.
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid. The Company is not liable for lost sales, lost inventory, or consequential damages from the suspension or its outcome.
