When you engage our services, we may collect: full name and email address, WhatsApp or phone number, Amazon suspension notices and deactivation emails, supplier invoices and supporting documentation, and Seller Central screenshots relevant to your case.
All data collected is used solely to perform our reinstatement services — reviewing your suspension, identifying root causes, crafting your Plan of Action, and communicating with you throughout the process.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your case.
Your data is stored securely using encrypted Google Drive and Notion workspaces, accessible only to authorised team members handling your case.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes.
The only instance data is shared externally is when submitting your approved POA to Amazon — and only with your explicit prior approval.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data at any time:
Request complete removal of all your data from our systems at any time.
EU and California residents can request a full export of all data we hold.
Request correction of any inaccurate personal data we hold.
Request a summary of what personal data we hold about you.
If you are a resident of the European Union or the state of California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, including the right to request a full data export and the right to object to processing at any time.
