AMZAccountRescue.com provides independent consulting services for Amazon seller account reinstatement. We are not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. in any way.

Important: Any third-party claim that we have "insider contacts" at Amazon or special system access is false.

2. No Legal or Affiliate Relationship

We are not attorneys, Amazon employees, or Amazon contractors. We provide consulting advice based on our experience and knowledge of Amazon's publicly available policies. Nothing in our service constitutes legal advice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Reinstatement depends entirely on Amazon's policies, processes, and sole discretion. Past results do not guarantee future results. Case studies are for illustrative purposes only.

No reinstatement is guaranteed. Amazon has sole authority over all reinstatement decisions.

4. User Conduct

By using our service, you agree not to use it for fraud, to create related accounts to circumvent suspension, or to submit false documents to Amazon.

Zero tolerance: Violations result in immediate service termination and may be reported to Amazon.

5. Payments

All fees in USD. Initial fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate service termination and referral to collections.

6. Intellectual Property

All POA templates, SOPs, and email scripts created by AMZ Account Rescue are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not resell or distribute these materials without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for Amazon's reinstatement decisions, lost profits, or business interruption. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.
